Located in the New Claim Condominiums in Prospector Square, this stunning and sunny apartment combines peaceful retreat with convenient access to the vigor of town. Transportation is no issue with free buses conveniently leaving every 20 minutes that take you right to Park City/Deer Valley/Canyons Ski Resorts & Main Street. You won’t miss a thing.
BEDROOM:
The bedroom is tastefully decorated with a luxurious queen bed, warm lighting and plenty of storage. After a long day on the Park City Mountain slopes or just adventuring in the town, you’ll melt right into bed and feel anew after a good night’s sleep.
With a comfortable queen-sized pull out couch in the living room, sleep is no problem for 4 guests.
BATHROOM:
The elegant bathroom rivals that of any hotel with a large walk-in shower, oval sink & vanity, and plenty of fresh towels. Shampoo, soap and necessities are provided.
Laundry can pile up during the ski season but with the washer and dryer next to the bathroom, it will be a breeze.
KITCHEN/DINING:
Meal prep is easy in our fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to fuel up before or after a ski session. The kitchen features high-quality appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware are all provided.
The dining table claims the well-lit spot near the large, sliding glass patio doors that let in plenty of natural light. Treat yourself to breakfast as you plan the day's adventures or enjoy intimate dinners together, re-living the excitement from the day.
LOUNGE:
Rustic meets elegant in the cozy living room, a warm and restful place to relax after your last run of the day. Light a fire and stretch out on the three-seater sofa or curl up with a book - there is plenty of seating for all guests.
Make the most of the flat screen Roku TV, the many game options, and the high-speed Wi-Fi.
HOT TUB:
Don’t forget that you are free to make use of the communal hot tub so take advantage!

Guest accessYou’ll have access to the entire unit and communal salt water hot tub. There is free parking on the premises. When you arrive, check-in is hassle free with the self check-in keypad.

This condo is across the street from Sundance Head Quarters in Park City Marriott, where all the action happens during the big Sundance Festival. There are activities year-round in this fabulous location which is also easy walking distance to the Eccles Theater and Prospector Square. Want to ditch the car? Take advantage of free Park City public transportation with easy access to a shuttle stop right outside the building. Across the street you'll find the 25-mile 'Rail Trail' for hiking, biking and cross-country skiing. You're walking distance to a fitness club, restaurants, yoga, bike rentals and a great health food store.
